Unfortunately her semi-final is going to be on at something like 2am our time (as opposed to the very convenient 5pm for the quarter-final). I'm not sure I'll manage that.

Yes, she’s playing the second semi final and the first doesn’t start until midnight our time!

(You can find not entirely legal streams quite easily online, I've heard).

I’d really like to stay up and watch it but I doubt I’ll manage it. Good luck to her, though.
It’s like a normal midlife crisis only with more chandeliers and foreign languages.

I’m finally getting to watch some tennis! And it took me ages to work out how - should have just looked here as it is I’m having to watch via a VPN on Amazon UK thanks for US cable bollocks.
Anyway, she played an amazing first set for 6-1 but Sakkari has come back blazing to hold to love in the second.

Hello, Epp! I woke for my early hours wee, checked the score, and ended up watching the last few games. Just amazing that she's through to the final, and again in straight sets! Back to sleep now.

She's the first qualifier ever to reach a Grand Slam final. Hope that'll shut Piers crapping Morgan up (hope springs eternal).

I am so thrilled for her! I remember how exciting it was to see Andy win the US open, and its brilliant to see another young British player get to the final!

Re: Emma Raducanu
It's perfect! I'm off to the Chelsea match on Saturday, the late kick off so I won't be home until around 8.30pm, but that'll give me time to rustle up some pasta and open wine before the tennis.
