Where is that being reported? All I can see is that some of their stores won't reopen, which isn't unexpected.

I’d read they’d said it was highly unlikely that all 50 stores would reopen, so I can see why headline writers got excited!

They will close some just like all the big retail businesses and will also finesse the duplications in the Waitrose business vs the John Lewis business - they will survive but much slimmed down. Many others will not survive at all
