I went to school with a guy called Liam Ince who obviously earned himself the nickname lean mince. Himself and his friends were pulled over by the police one night (7 of them in a Ford Fiesta) and when he was asked his name the cop thought he was taking the piss and hauled him down to the station until his Father came down with ID.

Customers at my old work - Fanny Cumming and Mr Gay-Cumming.
Have another custard cream, Father, it's what they're there for.

Sandy Balls - friends of my parents went there on holiday years ago and bought my parents mugs back from there and for years my mum used to ask for her coffee in her sandy balls mug, she probably never noticed it was a bit rude

I forgot that one week I had paired C Lyons up with Neil Harden for assessments that M would have been running. I think he managed not to laugh in their faces either :))

I have to do this all the time, I actually just asked my boyfriend about Orson Carte and then it clicked  I also had to ask about Teresa Green, which I couldn't fathom at all as to me Teresa is Te-rees-a not Tree-sa.

Desiree Mousse is an awesome name, though :))

We had a customer last week called Barry Cool, that caused an earworm in the office :) and we used to have somebody in our global address list called Manish Khunteta. Plus somebody really very senior in my company is lumbered with the first name Brackett :mog:

I've come across three Trinitys, two Neos and a Morpheus at work. But honestly, there are some really bizarre name choices you see some people giving their children round here.
