I was watching 'Maury' this morning.

A child was called Secret :shh: - presumably because the child wasn't the fathers. The mother had kept the secret, for 4 years, that she'd slept with someone else.

Some of these are amazing.

I know a Helier Waite, and a Mike Bean which always sparks about 10 mins of "Where's Mike Bean?", "How's Mike Bean" etc, etc.

I used to live next door to a woman caklled Pearl Goldie :dotty:

One of our old residents changed his name to Captain Fivehats (first name Captain, rather than a title).
It’s like a normal midlife crisis only with more chandeliers and foreign languages.

Captain Fivehats! He sounds like a character from a children's book

I once worked with a Nicolove Lovemore (gorgeous Jamaican name, sounds like a Bond Girl!) and a Richard Record, who we all referred to as "Dickie Discs".
The wonder of the world, the beauty and the power, the shapes of things, their colours, lights and shades - these I saw. Look ye also whilst life lasts.

Captain Fivehats is genius :))

My mum was at school with a Myrtle Tuck. You can imagine what they all called her.

Another one.

I've just spoken outloud the name of a photographer I rather like: Aliki Braine

In a wonderful twist, art imitates life - the work I've seen is covered in swiss cheese holes.

Sorry to bump this, but I've just found another one.

A police officer, called Sergeant Lawless.
