Re: Olympic nails
I thought you might like this - Beth Tweddle posted this picture on twitter. The Team GB womens gymnasts have all painted their nails in support of the team in the individual apparatus finals on Monday

Re: Olympic nails
I still can't paint my nails due to none being there (I just had to file the tiny bit of growth right down again due to peeling) but my toenails are gold, silver and bronze. I can't enter my toes though.

I'm sorry Bean, but you can't. It would be instant disqualification.

And probably a year's suspension.
Re: Olympic nails
Having your nails cut down to the quick is no reason not to paint them, ladies. Where's your olympic spirit?

Re: Olympic nails
Following my shit gellish 4 of my nails have snapped. I'm removing the leftovers tonight hopefully and will have to cut them all down
I will still do an Olympic manicure just not what I was planning. Originally I wanted to do white nails with Olympic coloured tips but they're too short. I'm not sure what to do now.

Re: Olympic nails
I'm having a nightmare!I've been trying to do a red white and blue gradient but I am just failing every time. God!
When I have thought of a way to claim my current look is somehow Olympic, I'll be back ;)

Sorry Dizz, I don't think you'll be winning with that one.

Re: Olympic nails
I know it seemed good in theory I honestly think I am going to have to take it off and re do something else.
Surely it is the entering and taking part which counts ;)

Re: Olympic nails
That's... interesting, dizz.
Your technique looks good, I think maybe it's the colours / order of the colours that's the issue.
