 Re: Recent purchases?
Yes, I just picked up the small thinking I wouldn't be an extra small, but looking at the website at how it fits the model and now properly at myself in it, it's not fitted where it should be. I'll try the smaller one but will prbably get something else. Hopefully as it's an independent shop and I won't be here for much longer.

 Re: Recent purchases?
Hope you get it sorted, Dics - a pisser about them not doing refunds!
I went a bit nuts in New Look today with birthday money.

 Re: Recent purchases?
I loved this so bought it this morning. However, I then showed it to MrDigs who hates it, so I'm not sure now; although two Turtlers do like it. Ignore the crappy picture. Is it a silly dress? Do I look like a chump?

 Re: Recent purchases?
Is that Lily-speak for 'You look like a chump?' Actually, I was dithering between two sizes and bought the bigger one which I'm wondering was a mistake.

Nah, that'd be "you look like a chump, mate."

 Re: Recent purchases?
Pretty purchases, Lily.
I like that dress, Digs, and I would probably wear it myself. Boys don't understand cute dresses.

(But then, what do I know [/old lady] ) It is! But as long as I don't wear tranny makeup, I should be okay.

 Re: Recent purchases?
My friend works in Joules and got me a huge discount off sale items so I got these two for £27 instead of £70. And that really is the last I am spending on clothes for some time!

 Re: Recent purchases?
I bought these for work as my other shoes have a hole in them - I'm not impressed at all!

 Re: Recent purchases?
You could always try returning them, we used to get no end of returns of all sorts of states of repair in Clanks.

 Re: Recent purchases?
Nice haul Lils and Digs you took your dress down before I could see . I mean the picture, not the er dress . Can you guys give me an honest opinion on these trousers from Boden, please? I am just not sure. On the plus side they are super comfy and made of a durable very heavy linen and because of the muted colours are good into Autumn but am just not sure they do much for me. I find their clothes very hit and miss on me. *disappointing trousers gone.
