No small boys here Cerise :))

Would you mind taking a picture for me? You could PM me if you prefer. I'm finding it hard to visualise all 4 walls so that would really help.

I don't know for definite if it would only be £500 of a difference but I'm going to ask anyway.

Ok, after much deliberation, I have decided on tiles for all 4 walls. I phoned the plumber the other night, and I have emailed him all the stuff I want, and he's going to do me a quote. I asked if tiling all the walls would be very expensive, again depends on the condition of the walls so I asked if he could take some tiles off to see. he was like "but you'll have holes in your walls" I told him I don't care, I hate the bathroom anyway so having holes in the walls for a few weeks won't bother me at all :)) (he won't be able to do the actual work until Sept).

Now just to see what the quote will be :bob:

This is finally starting on Monday! It's been a bit of a stress because after emailing him, I heard nothing for weeks. I phoned him after about 3 weeks to chase it up, and he said he'd get back to me in the next few days. A few days later, still nothing. I phoned him again and he said he'd sent it through. Asked him to resend it, he send it would. 2 days passed, still nothing :ruby: . Eventually I got him to whatsapp the actual paper version of it!

Price is fine, I have now decided on tiles for the floor too, they will be the same as the ones on the wall but laid in a different pattern. I am looking forward to it being done, less so to being at my mum's for the week while it gets done

So, it's finally done :weewee: It's been a bit of a chore, and took 2 weeks! However, I really like it - have some pics!

Thank you, I am really glad I went for tiles, I really like them. There are some snagging things to be done but he is coming back tomorrow to finish those. The house is filthy too but I only got home about an hour ago so that can wait till tomorrow.

I am very glad to be home :))

Yes :))

I hated the bathroom so much and it's so exciting to have it all modern and fresh.
