My mother found a rather large tiger patterned cat in the tree where the goldfinches go. It claimed it was a goldfinch and was only getting to know it's new friends and defiantly wasn't a cat and defiantly wasn't trying to eat the goldfinches. According to my Father she missed the other cat sitting ontop of the fence motionless like a garden ornament just waiting for any bird to come into range

Leroy has been out with me all morning, I have been sitting on the bench reading. Well, I was until my hands froze off and I was forced to admit it wasn't spring. Here he is looking at me curiously; why are you outside, fool?

I feel guilty about his chunkiness! He was out this morning and I did an Arnie voice at him; Go Run! Get To Dee Chopper to make him run it off. He was wandering up the path savaging bits of ground and it was only after he'd done this several times I realised he was attacking the reflection from his tag.

Tilly has done nothing much more than sleep today. This is mainly due to the exertion of being brushed with her new brush and eating tuna.

Savaging the reflection from his tag silly cat! I nearly bought a kitten today, but both the gingers were sold. There was a medium-haired brindly kitten which I quite fancied, but we came to our senses before we handed over any dosh. They were nice to cuddle though.

Oh pages of cat heaven!

Everybody meet Ginger. Ginger is Darnell's friend. They squeeze through the catflap together, sending Joy into fits. Ginger is the one that tries to steal the Go Cat, every goddamn day. He will never learn that it is too big to get through the catflap. Joy hates him being in the house and he is a key trigger for her security patrols, but in the garden she is really quite fond of him, and when this was taken she was straight up the fence and over to the shed he was on, and when he ran off at the sight of her (poor Joy), she just breathed in his scent on the roof dreamily. I think she has a crush on him and doesn't like him turning up in the house unannounced when she is not properly groomed.

Anyway, he has made it clear that he is affronted by my very existence.

He is beautiful but so cross! Has he got golden eyes? My friend's ginger cat has gold eyes.

My Ginger tried to follow me to work this morning. He does this sometimes if he happens to be hanging out in the front garden when I leave. I got to the edge of the estate then realised he was just not going to turn back, so I had to take him home. Damfool cat.

Oh, bless him, Teable. There's a cat nearby that always ambushes me and tries to walk with me to the main road, purring all the while. I have to run when I see him so that he doesn't try to follow me as it's too dangerous.

Oh, he looks terribly superior. How excellent.

He hates me. If I didn't exist he could hang out in my house eating Darnell's food all day. He does seem to have golden eyes. I've only really seen them in that picture, in real life he won't come near me. Usually I just hear the catflap bang, find Joy in a state, the Go Cat up against the catflap, and a ginger bottom receding over the fence.
