I find if I edit my photos (on an iPhone) they post the right way up. So crop the picture tiny bit and it seems to work.

The play pen is so she and Storm can get to know each other in a non scary way but so far she hates it and Storm won't even come in the room.

Me and Storm have just had massive cuddles and a nap together upstairs. I feel bad that he is so scared. My poor boy. Kittens are cute but he is my lovely chap.

I wonder if it’s the association rather than the kitten herself. What happened the last time he was around a kitten? Were there some neighbour kittens, or was the last time he was around a kitten when *he* was one?

There were neighbour kittens but they were partners in crime with him and regularly used to pop in and play with him, that's why I thought he would be ok with another cat. But he has had a rough few weeks poor thing. We've had a builder in and all sorts going on. I'm just going to leave him to it, and cuddle him a lot and make sure the baby doesn't go in our bedroom so he's got a safe space.

You're so right Ella. I showed my mum the pictures and she was worried how little the wee one was to be away from her mum, to which I told her that if that kitten would be happy and well looked after with anyone it would be Been & Zirk, I'd choose them as my cat parents and day.

Absolutely, and Storm will love being a big brother, I just know it.

Meanwhile Taffy is very confused about her tail. She doesn't know what it is or why it keeps following her around.

Also tell your mum, Shoe, that she is eight weeks old and just very little. The lady said she was the runt of the litter and she's been eating like a tiny pig since she got here so I am wondering if her bigger sisters were eating her food. She is totally confident and playful, doesn't seem to be missing her family at all.
