…and we’re done! Last day of the program yesterday, photo day today. I have lost 9kg in weight and 6% body fat and I can do a set of 30 full press ups

This might be for a short time only…

Bloody hell!

I won't lie, at the start of it I didn't think it would produce much in the way of results because you were already in good shape etc, but that is a massive difference.

Really, bloody well done!

Thank you all!

Yes definitely. The press ups are a good benchmark plus a lot of my clothes feel tighter around my upper arms. I need to do one of my previous regular workouts to see how it compares.

You look amazing Tex, well done! Did Mr T have similar results? What's your plan moving forward - anything in particular to build on this?

MrTex did have similar results, This is his pic def only for a short time.

We have a zoom call with the coaching team on Monday to discuss maintenance. I believe they suggest a 5:2 approach (5days sensible, party a bit at weekends) to make it sustainable.

Yes, and will you keep anything from the programme? Has it changed your cooking and or eating habits, do you think?

We’ll definitely stick to the basic principles during the week but adjust the quantities so we’re not having to eat 6 times a day. That’s what makes it unsustainable long term.

That sounds sensible and sustainable.

What workout will you do first to test your prowess? :))

Thank you all.

The official maintenance plan is 5 days a week sticking to what we’ve been doing (3 meals and 3 snacks a day from any phase of the program plus daily press-ups and at least 2 workouts of whatever exercise we enjoy per week) and then 2 days of doing whatever we like. We will see how sustainable that turns out to be. I’m eating on plan at the moment but I haven’t had time to do anything other than clear junk from my mum’s house for the last 2 days. I think I will be parking daily exercise until we’ve completed.
