I can barely move after kettlebells this evening. Pump was pretty hard this morning too.

Last night at Pilates I was dying to trump, but didn’t dare so I popped out of the hall to let it rip. Safely outside I went for it, only to realise there were people to other side of the hedge! 🙈💨

Full body workout today. It was hard going and I’m looking forward to my rest day tomorrow.

I’ve joined a gym. I went today and nearly died. I’m disgusted at my lack of fitness so I’m posting here for accountability ready for next month!

Well done Scooter! You’ll be feeling improvements in no time, I’m sure.

8 miles run & walk today. Scraping along on GVRAT, about 10 miles behind, but I’ll take that - there’s been a couple of days this week where I couldn’t get out at all.

1100m swim yesterday morning and RPM in the afternoon as well as 20 minutes on arms in the gym.

1100m swim this morning and a 5.5km run/walk this evening.

To round off the month I did a “holistic mix” class this morning and Pilates this afternoon at the spa.

Kettlebells last night was hard, and one of the ladies I’ve been getting friendly with tripped over one of the stupid men’s kettlebells.

Thanks Brambs!

I missed yesterday’s workout due to doctors appointment for J and then a late finish from work. Got it done early doors this morning though - more legs. Squats, lunges and RDLs for the win.
