W3D5 done, thank goodness. My right knee clicked on every single bend so I took it a bit easy on the lunge type of exercises.

Well done. I seem to remember w4 being a bit nicer than w3.

L2D6: MrTex missed his train so I’ve had to rearrange my evening and shred before eating. The cardio seemed harder, particularly the oblique twists but I think I’m finally getting used to this level.

I hate oblique twists and there are a type of them in W3. I'm still going W3 until Sunday so sadly it isn't over yet, just today's exertion!

L2D7: I’ve had to fit this in between different stages of icing a cake this evening. I will be glad to see the back of level 2.it’s got to the stage where I have identified my nemesis move (oblique twists in this level) and spend the first half dreading them and the second half expecting to breeze through it when it isn’t quite that easy. Only 3 days till level 3 :perky: :lol:

W3D6, my knee is still a bit odd so didn't do it with gusto today. *Only* 3 days :lol: . Level 3 is good though. I much prefer that to L2.

I'm having an unplanned night out so it remains to be seen if I feel up to it tomorrow. Maybe it'll be better for my knee not to - clutching at straws - I'll see how banging my head is.

:lol: I was pleased at being over halfway this morning and then realised I still had 2 weeks to go.

Oh god, two weeks is too much to contemplate. You've done well though with your daily commitment.

I am acting on your advice as if my very own GP uttered it. It is clicky. Every single bend on the down and then the up.

L2D8: Nearly skipped it tonight. I had a headache after we got home at 8.30 after A’s party. I didn’t want to break my streak though :l: :lol:

I'm not doing it again today. I will start W4 tomorrow. My hamstring leg (clicky knee leg) is really aching from my hamstring; all day yesterday and still today so I'm just taking it easy.

W3D7 - couldn't face starting a new level when my legs aches and I know I can still do this level so it has some effect.
