Re: 6 pack revolution
Google tells me that inchworms are a specific type of caterpillar which only have legs at each end hence their weird way of moving. Whatever they are the exercise named after them is greatly feared in our FB group so there was only one thing to do…

Re: 6 pack revolution
Week 9, finish line is in sight. The food plan tightens up from tomorrow with no starchy carbs and no caffeine (not that I’ve been having caffeine anyway). 90 press ups a day

Re: 6 pack revolution
Cost of eating aside, how much do you think it has cost? With the meal replacements and the actual program?
It sounds savage but it must work if it can be adhered to.

I’m not feeling as energised as people said I would but definitely smaller. I could still do with shifting fat off my stomach though. Still nearly 3 weeks to go…

Re: 6 pack revolution
Last week! The last day is Friday with final photos on Saturday. Friday will be a rest day but other than that we have a challenge every day as well as the usual daily press ups etc. The last 3 days food will be challenging 6 full meals but only white protein, greens and a dash of oil (plus spices for flavour, they’re not monsters).

Re: 6 pack revolution
There have been a couple of minor cock ups, genuine mistakes, but otherwise we’ve stuck to it. I think it’s a lot easier because both of us are doing it.

Yes, but even so it's just as easy to crack and not discourage each other from cracking so kudos to you both. How many daily press ups now?

I will try my hardest at daily pressups tomorrow.
If I make ten then I will be absolutely staggered.
