Lovely Saturday breakfast- 'egg' and LM sausage on toast.

I've asked what the yellow goop was and apparently is called vegg (vegan egg). I wouldnt touch it with a barge pole. :bob:

I hate it when people rag on vegans, but that almost makes me want to. God almighty.

There are SO many lovely things to do with vegan food. Why do that?! Why?

I'm vegan, but that looks grim. Its not been well recieved on the vegan page either. Usually vegan food is really good.

Apparently there is fried tofu under the slime.

That is a crime against nature. And foodstuffs.

I’m actually genuinely worried that they haven’t even toasted the toast. What’s LM sausage?

That vegan breakfast looks revolting. Vegg sounds like the work of the devil.

Is that chips and curry with a can of Fosters on crumpled Christmas placemats? Wow indeed.

That photo has everything. Laundry drying on the radiator in the background beside a bicycle, salt and pepper in those slightly grim supermarket grinders (so wasteful!), weird marks and smears on the plates. And is it basically a single curry and portion of boiled rice, with poppadoms? Served buffet style but with curry chips already dished up?

Eta and they have got out their special big plates too. Like the ones you can pay a bit extra to have at the carvery.

Heebie! That’s an excellent assessment.

I have gleaned from the comments that it’s all homemade and the thing that looks like chips and curry sauce is actually chicken curry. :woteva: We have Bombay potatoes and boiled rice in the bowls.
