I was inspired by the cafe de paris sauce and had it this evening with a spatchcocked chicken, chips and salad :ready:

Is the non-negotiable you or the children?

Oven baked chilli has been bumped as we had tonnes of veg and katsu sauce leftover from the cauliflower, so we’ll throw in some fake chicken and call it a curry.

Gochjuang glazed tofu
Traybake lemon dhal with pickled green chillies (from the new Anna Jones book, so we’re trying before buying!)
Crispy gnocchi
Tofu satay curry

Then we’re planning an afternoon tea for my mums birthday, consisting of

Smoked carrot and cream cheese bagels
Ham/fake ham and tomato or mustard on seeded bread
Hummus and carrot pinwheels
Tapenade ciabatta
We’ll make plain scones, coffee & walnut cupcakes and lamingtons but buy fruit scones and a lemon cake.
