After having pulled pork kimchi bokkeumbap in a restaurant I've been experimenting with different versions at home. After an OK marinaded tofu version, tonight was with cashew nuts and it was AMAZING

That is making me reconsider my plans for dinner. I could right have a go on that now. Or bibimbap. I am undecided, but hungry.
