6. There is 2 layers of pav that I baked separately and then sandwiched. It was lush. Nigella's lemon pavlova recipe.

I made limoncello tirimasu. It was a US recipe and I got a bit confused converting cups to grams so ended up with loads of the cream and I added more limoncello than it said just because, well I like it

Not very photogenic though, I rarely make desserts so have no good serving dishes.

I don't eat salmon much as Gannet isn't keen and we don't get it in the fishbox and I tend not to buy it but I should eat it more as I love it.

That was the Nigella recipe but I used sweet soy instead of sugar and soy. It was lovely.
