Massive afternoon tea
Mexican style bean and rice casserole
Red super soup
Red lentil chilli
Bean burger, couscous, ratatouille
Keema aloo
Spag bol
Freezer roast with whatever veg we have left

The girls are making crusty bread pizza, and pancakes will be for Tuesday breakfast rather than dinner. :ready:

Potato and cabbage bake didn't happen Wendy as *someone* couldn't live without roasties with his Sunday dinner. :lg: Basically I was going to layer potatoes, red cabbage and onion, cover with veg stock and bake, so potato boulangere in any other name.

I also did NOT realise this. I'm usually just mildly interested but this is a big event when you don't get out PLUS it's one day where some of the meal planning has already been done for you. BY JESUS. :disco:

No, you're right! Disco didn't forget though. :))

I'll do something like galettes with leek, mushroom, gruyere and an egg? I can't really be arsed. #festivespirit :))

This week has been a lot of pasta and freezer leftovers. We’ve just done the next lot though and I left the girls chose a warm lunch as it’s their last week at home.

Pasta with tomato sauce
Bruschetta and black olive pesto pasta
Puy lentil and roasted red pepper salad
Lancashire hotpot
Tomato soup
Chana masala and rice
Omelettes
‘The Big Jack’, a Big Mac-style burger with chips that the girls chose because I bought them a Spud Dude
Dippy soldiers
Pizza
KFC style seitan, wedges, sweetcorn, beans
Chickpea tahini with carrots and sweet potato
