I swear too much too.
I really hate the overuse of phrases, so find myself really checking what I say and being hyper aware of it. I probably do have verbal tics because I talk so bloody much all the time.

Whereas my French ones use "bullshit" as if it's synonymous with "rubbish". Yes, my (not at all missed) French ex colleague used to use bullshit a lot too, and always aggressively.
It's strange that it stood out really as we're a very sweary office indeed (although not the c bomb, that's an automatic red card/money in the charity box).
