Re: All New Nails
My last ones were an SNS base with shellac on top and they only lasted a fortnight before chipping so I’m back to coloured SNS again (and got them chopped) I was inspired by Fee’s earlier on this thread.

That's a great colour.
If your back's against the wall, turn around and write on it.

Stickers! Very clever, you can't feel them under the top coat

Re: All New Nails
My nails are ruined my nail tech commented on how weak they were when I got my SNS removed and replaced with shellac. I really struggle to not have them done now as they look terrible without it.
I’ve bought some nail oil and am using it twice a day religiously and I really need to not have it replaced next time and let my nails recover.
Does anyone have any tips for a quicker recovery?

I haven't been able to get this for a while now on Amazon or other site. I asked at a posh chemist in Marylebone and the manager told me they couldn't get it as the factory had burned down!Kenickie wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 6:39 am I like nailtiques formula 2. http://www.nailtiques.com/products.asp?CategoryID=1

I usually buy it for my mum at Christmas and there’s nowhere to get it now.

Re: All New Nails
Ah that’s such a shame, that stuff is so good.
I’ve recommended it earlier on in the thread, but if you’ve got a lamp for curing, I’d try this stuff https://www.amazon.co.uk/Chroma-Gel-Fix ... 0728&psc=1 - I use it as a base and top coat (with normal polish) and it’s really helped keep my nails strong without any damage. It comes off with a wipe of acetone (no soaking required).
I have gone for a mixture of tropical and leopard to match what I am wearing out later, I may superglue some bling bits on later. I also have tropical hands because I am shit at fake tan
