In no particular order, except today:
Roast chicken with sautéed savoy and leeks, mashed swede, roasties and stuffing
Chilli tacos with all the fixins (TM emmaP)
Macaroni cheese with leeks
Omelette and salad
Homemade burgers
Who knows if it’ll all happen, but that’s the plan.

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either, just fuck off and leave me alone.

Re: Weekly meals plan
White wine vinegar normally.
When I made this a couple of weeks ago I Only had rice wine vinegar in and it was fine with that too.
God, I could eat it all again right now.

I think I used wine vinegar as well, and I’ve got rice vinegar too. I don’t think my taste buds care too much tbh .

Re: Weekly meals plan
Either will do. It's just that sharpness that is required and as long as you're not sloshing malt vinegar all over it it will be delicious.

Re: Weekly meals plan
Mr Squirrel has hijacked my plans so the chicken is on hold as I didn’t want to have chicken three days in a row.
ETA: change of plan again due to leftover chicken so we are now having it thrice in a row.
Anyway.
Chicken fajitas
Roast chicken
Chicken risotto
Sweet potato macaroni cheese (carried over )
Greek lamb tray bake
Vietnamese pork meal kit

Re: Weekly meals plan
Roast dinner with veggie pies
Egg fried cauli rice and stir fry veg
A curry mix packet thing I found at the back of the cupboard with veg, I may attempt chard parathas
Not sure for the rest of the week but some fish will feature with whatever veg is left
