I actually made dinner. Crab bucatini with cherry tomatoes.

Various IP curries and rice (plus roti) - dal from the freezer, kidney bean from earlier in the week, tofu made today.

P made gingerbread biscuits with the girls the other day, based on a FC recipe. They were really good and I have requested more!

I love your placemat too Epp, and your food is beautiful even though I'm not a fan of crab.

I am still trying to run the freezer down. Took out a pack of chicken thighs, and ended up with 4 portions of curry.

They are nice trays, I still love them many years on.

I have the tray too! One is in my tea-station under the storage canisters, spook rest etc, and I use one for taking food etc out to the garden.

Honey ginger buffalo chicken burger, fries with dashi and paprika salt HOT AND NOT EVEN A BIT SOGGY. :love2: Not pictured: extra buffalo sauce, chipotle mayo, crying cats.
