More pizza. I bought dough balls at the supermarket as I’d never seen them there before and though they might be handy. They turned out well.

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
My mouth is watering at all of those, especially the salad!
We've been getting a fish box for a while and we had a bit of a back stock so we've been trying to use some of the older stuff up.
Rockfish with green beans, tomatoes and kale (from our garden!) with balsamic glaze and tuna stirfry.

Half-ten?! Half-ten?! I've never been up at half-ten! What happens?

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
My friend (well, employee, but she's also my friend) gave me a rump roast (we give them kids stuff and they always tell us to bring a cooler for meat from their ranch) so I stuffed it with garlic cloves and roasted it on a bed of garlic cloves and served like a po boy sandwich with mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, gruyere and the au jus.
And then Mr J made a tri tip for the first tie that we had with rainbow chard with bacon, beans and corn and carrots. He also made a massive pork butt into pulled pork but it all went in the freezer. I had leftover tri tip with eggs for lunch today.

I’m on the next flight out, Jet. With Tupperware.
I made a fridgebottom warm Mediterranean salad with halloumi and a mustard vinaigrette with pickled red onions. It was nice and I feel vaguely virtuous for it since the alternative was either marmite pasta or a takeaway.

I also made Nigella’s Korean Keema for dinner. Very quick and I quite liked it.

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
Thanks for that keema recipe, I made it last night despite flatmate using up nearly all the peas and not replacing them so I only had about 2 tablespoons to put in I always struggle with what to do with mince that isn’t bol or lasagne, and that was v easy and quite tasty. I am going to put an egg on it for lunch.

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
I’ve got Nigella’s Italian roast chicken in the oven. I’m going to do the saffron orzotto to go with it shortly.
I’ve also made a LOT of lasagne.
