I had a crack at Hard Body today as a change from NMTZ. I’d forgotten how much a. space and b. coordination it needs The DJ wasn’t quite as irritating as I remembered though.

Killer Abs L1 today. Much less confusing than hard body I think I will stick with this for a while.

I did Shred on Sunday after a three-month break (I had a trapped nerve in my shoulder) and I could barely get down the stairs this morning Not sure how I'm going to get back upstairs to work. I need a pulley system.

My physio has given me the go ahead to start light using light weights so I did a 20 min back and bicep workout with 3lb dumb bells.
I've been walking for 90-120 minutes a day, since the accident, in two daily walks so it will be good to do some other stuff again.
