We have various pre-teens/teens around Friday and P saw an offer at Papa John’s so it sounds like pizza that night. I’ll probably have leftovers from the freezer.

Then the non vegans are making macaroni cheese bites in the air fryer while we’re away.

ROW:
Butter bean casserole
Lazy lasagne
Orzo with spinach and cherry tomatoes
Tofu Kung pao

I've got elephant garlic to use as well so I'll roast them with that, for a less in your face garlic taste.

Three swedes!! Agree on the roasted radishes. They’re lovely. I made a radish yoghurt dip a bit like tzatziki when I had a loaf of radishes once and it was surprisingly good.

S: bbq ribeye with chimichurri, salt baked baby potatoes, grilled peppers and salad.
S: rotisserie chicken with lentils, salad and baguette.
M: asparagus and cashew stir fry, rice
T: some kind of chicken salad
W: a recipe from Greekish, tbc :weewee:

From Friday, we're having

Green goddess cauliflower salad with tempeh
(Sat is possibly a barbecue so holding fire for now!)
Tempeh tacos with breaded and baked cauliflower
Sticky lemon tofu and rice
Roasted squash tadka dhal and naan bread
Butter bean curry and veg (plus any leftover rice/naan)
Leftovers/BOT

I'm also going to try tofu ricotta and veg bagels and veggie wraps with kale pesto for lunches. :ready:

You're so organised Wendy! Sticky lemon tofu sounds lovely.

I remembered I had half a cauliflower and some red cabbage that needed using up urgently so made Ottolenghi cauliflower shawarma with green tahini, red cabbage slaw, pittas and salad for dinner.
Chicken pie tomorrow as I have a leek, cream and pancetta to use up. Plus puff pastry in the freezer :weewee:
Greekish will move to Thurs which is perfect as it's the end of my working week and Greekish seems very weekend-y
