I'm not entirely sure I follow, but I know getting angry with you does not help the situation one bit.

I’m not sure why you needed to be brought into the situation at all. I’m sorry he involved you and that he was so unpleasant about it.

Yeah why isn't he sorting his own shit? You aren't his PA. Fucking men, I swear to god.

Phone the feds and pretend to be witness to his speeding and offensive aggy driving.

If anyone phones your house, tell them you've never heard of him.

I realise he’s far away from home and panicked a bit, but he really was being snappy and treating me as though I’m his PA.

There's no way I'd do any phoning after he's been so rude.

Yeah! And tell them you saw him drive over a dog and laugh about it as he sped away.

Marth.

He’s sorted out with it for now. The police helpline is open from 10:30am-1:00pm. Helpfully.

But his PA was busy and could only call at 10. Shame.

I’ve got so much on this week and only found out on Monday that my prof doc starts THIS week. I had a panic that I was expected in Salford tomorrow, but that’s a no go so if they bin me off well, then it wasn’t meant to be.

Am I an awful person for laughing at this?

Yesterday morning Mr D was WFH for a couple of hours and he was huffing and puffing and snapping at everyone while he was rushing to make a cuppa before his first meeting. Then he suddenly said "You are not in a good mood. God, you always get so stressed when you're in a hurry" and left the kitchen. I burst out laughing and looked at N, who looked utterly bewildered. Projecting much?

I asked P to get crumpets and he came home with 6. My sister is here for 3 nights and if she’s having them then the girls and I probably will too. I believe 2 crumpets is a perfectly acceptable serving size (possibly a minimum!). Yesterday, Sproglette did without as there was a bagel going spare.

I said to P that 6 wasn’t going to go far and asked him to buy more. Yep, he bought just one more packet of 6. For 4 people for 2 breakfasts.

If someone asked me to buy crumpets I'd also buy a pack of 6.

I would too... for TWO of us, but that would only be 2+1/2 breakfasts. For 8 people for 2 breakfasts, you need at leat 16 crumpets which is 3 packets

Why are men like this? They just don't seem to think properly

I’d marry him all over again if he brought three packets of crumpets.
