Great British Sewing Bee is back!

Post by Hazey_Jane »

New series starts Tuesday the 21st at 9pm UK time, BBC1.

The presenter from the Christmas special is back but he can be easily ignored.

Have a photo of the lovely Patrick.

Good heavens. I know they didn't have long but there are some dreadful garments here.

Of course! It takes a lot for me to miss my weekly date with Patrick. And Esme looks pretty well and sharp too.

I hate Neil and Luke already.

Some fits are better than others.

I really would have liked Don's dress, if only he'd hemmed it, and Comfort's dress, if only she'd done the pockets right.

It just such lovely telly. I didn’t pay huge attention because they seemed to have picked the same types as they do every year (see also: Bake Off), but I’ll get more into it.

Who is this entirely personality free presenter? He looks sort of familiar.

He's in Ghosts.

I think the 80 year old, is it Don? He won't last the distance.

Let me know once the D&I twat has gone and I might tune in. Why do they have to spoil everything?

My thoughts exactly. What a relief!

Only just caught up. No stand out garments. Wasn't sure about garment of the week. I liked the lime green dress with the shirred back.
