Hope you are ok, Kleio.

The bloke is now at the cemetery and I'm resting in the van on my phone.

We are just back from lunch, the cathedral and viewing the tapestry. I found it very entertaining. The depictions were so good.

*allegedly, in case he's reading.

Would I? :shifty:

Haha, I *almost* popped in for a bottle of wine on my way back from the school run but decided to wait until a more respectable hour. :)) Really, I just knew I wouldn't resist the call of the baked goods, and planned instead to have a slice of toast when I got in.

It has been a lovely morning. The birds are singing, the sun is shining, and I got to leave an hour later than normal because R had a sleepover last night so I could avoid the massively early start that was her geography field trip. They're in Niagara Falls today. So I will be planning to go out for a nice dinner with B later.

Chicky! I'm feeling a bit jealous; yours sounds like a good day.

Who hasn't wanted to land their partner in a cemetery on holiday.

I think I saw the tapestry as a child when it came to Hastings, but maybe I just saw the copy that always lives there, I can't really remember. I do like a war museum though.

Lola!

I did do my induction and made notes! I genuinely engaged with the material and I don’t think anyone knows. :l:

Squeak has gone to her boyfriend’s house for dinner this evening. She wouldn’t knock on the door when she got there, instead she texted him to come out!
