A conservatory with a balcony on top of it leading out of the master bedroom. And a hot tub. Those are both possible though, just expensive!
Impossible wishes are a porch and a utility room. And a side return.

I also wanted somewhere covered outside where I could hang washing all year round (:simpletastes:) so I didnt have to use the tumble drier. I now have this and its brilliant to be able to hang the towells out when its pissing down jeeze how sad does that sound But to balance the eco arguement a hot tub and sauna wouldnt be sniffed at

I would love a glazed extension on the top of my tall, pitched roof house, like this. If only I had £130,000 doing nothing .

Oooh, a rubbish chute and a separate recycling chute . One day... A woodburner in our front room would also make my very happy; we have the perfect space for it. Unfortunately they cost hundreds of pounds plus we are only renting, so it will never happen.

Oh, I would also love one of those big fancy halls with a sweeping staircase in the middle and then a balcony around the edge leading to the upstairs room. I could have one in my current house, if they whole house was taken up with this so all the doors led outside or into a wall.

I'd love a sound system that was wired throughout the house that had sensors so that when I walked into a new room my music would follow me. This sounds a bit like I would have my own theme tune, which I wasn't originally aiming for, but now I thought of it I'd really quite like that Or maybe just a simple fanfare whenever I walked through the front door

With a chequerboard floor and a statue and big mahogany doors. I would also like a library with one of those sliding ladders that goes all the way around.

I would like to turn our downstairs garage into a nursery. Then we would have no need to move in the future. I would also like a stereo wired through the whole house, that would be amazing.

That would be very cool, Viggy (the sound system bit, rather than the fanfare. ). I stayed in a place in Cornwall once where the hifi was wired up so it would play in the indoor pool in the basement. Amazing.

A secret room behind a secret door would be good but I like the idea of pulling one of the books in a library to reveal the door. There's a pub in Aberdeen that has the toilets behind a hidden door.

I would like a pagoda in the garden and french doors and a balcony from my bedroom. And a swimming pool, yes. Also underfloor heating.

Are those integrated hoover systems good then? I always thought they'd not have enough suction power It's kind of a moot point though as we don't have a basement / cellar.

That would be so awesome.

That is gorgeous, Azu.
I would like the slop knocking out of our bedroom and a kitchen extension with one of those glass walls that slide away.

I would like to move my bathroom to a larger room so I had room for a walk in shower. I'd use the current bathroom area to put in stairs allowing me to extend into the loft, where I'd have and have lots of glazing so I could use it as a studio. I would also buy the bit of land next to me that is used as a cut through, it would give me a bigger garden and drive, where I could build a detached garage and so extend my kitchen into the current integral garage and have enough room for a kitchen table, and space for a utility/drying room. While I'm at it I'll also have oak floors, under-floor heating and one of those vacummy things. Thank you. As you can see, I have given this very little thought
