I know the beef looks like dead men’s fingers and like it wasn’t rested but that is the pomegranate molasses liquid on the plate.

That looks lovely. I made French onion soup a couple of weeks ago because I dreamt about it. :lol: It took hours and only me and Partner like it.

I love French Onion Soup but The Child will not even entertain the thought of it.

It did take hours! It's the first time I've bothered to bake the whole thing in the oven and the massive cheesy baguette croutons were so good.

Yum! I think that's probably my favourite soup, it's so delicious. But does take forever.
