Those tacos look amazing. We made the curry guys whole roast tandoori chicken. We have had it before and it’s amazing, sorry we wolfed before I could take a picture but if anyone wants the recipe it’s amazing, very quick and relatively fuss free for an Indian recipe.

Those tacos look delicious!
After toasted ravioli was mentioned a few times as I binged Superstore, I decided to look up what they were, and attempt to recreate them at home. Using Tesco Finest ravioli rather than making my own from scratch.

They look good, vigs. How were they?
I had a salt beef sandwich and a handful of Crunchips which wasn't photo-worthy but I'm here so I thought I'd tell you. I'm drinking decaf tea.

Fish taco looks so tasty and fresh! Really interested in that recipe too, Jude if it’s not too much of a pain to post.

The fish tacos look amazing. And toasted ravioli is intriguing! I’m going to Google.

Elvis made crumpets again. The yeast sachets are past their BB dates so we’re hoping fresher ones will make them holier.

The toasted ravioli were actually coated in panko and deep fried - they were nice, but they would have been better if the filling of the ravioli had a stronger flavour. L used Tesco finest Njuda, mascarpone and red onion so we were expecting them to pack more of a flavour punch.

How weird! I made sourdough discard crumpets too, I swear I didn’t look here first. First time ever and many were not great. These are the most presentable. I’ve got the idea now though.

Thanks! Sounds so unusual! Shame the flavour wasn’t stronger. I find ravioli/stuffed pasta is often fairly flavourless, though I do love it.viggy wrote: ↑Sun Jan 23, 2022 11:59 am The toasted ravioli were actually coated in panko and deep fried - they were nice, but they would have been better if the filling of the ravioli had a stronger flavour.
