Guys. It’s been a hell of A Journey, as you know. And a really stressful 36 hours since I heard someone else had been picked but we were still waiting on the news. Anyway, Squeak got into the college rugby squad! Which is the best and most fabulous news ever. We are popping corks tonight!

I am stuck at a garage with my friend though. Her car isn’t safe to drive us home. C sold his car this afternoon to Webuyanycar so he can’t come & get us.

My friend’s husband came to get us & she’s trying to sort out getting her car to the dealership because the mechanic thought it should be under warranty. I hope she gets it sorted, it’s so bloody inconvenient to be without a car.

Honestly, C is that pleased you’d think he’d made the team himself. I nearly cried when I heard though and went a bit wobbly. It’s been horrible knowing about her friend since Wednesday and wondering what that meant (obviously we didn’t say anything to Squeak though). I’m glad all my platitudes were actually sort of truthful!
