It's not even him specifically, it's all those (mostly) men out there who support him and have been given carte blanche to take us back to the bad old days.

Still, as long as the Brocialists made their point.

I HATE the way Trump speaks. Hate it. That dropping at the end of sentences. So patronising, Please someone make him go away. I feel all upset about it.

I am slightly cheered by the fact that actually being president is probably his worst nightmare.

I've just seen a lot of comments re: Senator Schumer's speech (encouraging freedom for all) which the crowd chanted 'Trump! Trump!" over, there's comments suggesting booing, and Trump visibly scoffed.

Thought I'd tune in to Trump's speech myself instead of forming my opinions second-hand.

Wow, people weren't kidding. He's spouting the usual "We spent all that money on foreigners" stuff from the Book of British politics. I thought he'd at least try and be positive, rather than banging on about the negative stuff. You've won, dude. Say something nice.

Does he always sound a little drunk? I know he's no orator, but there's a slurring there I didn't recognise before.

He talks as if the US is a desolate wasteland, starving and desperate, not the richest fucking cunting country there ever was.

I had to stop reading the twitter comments on Schumer.

Marth - I agree about Trumops voice, he's so smarmy.

Alzheimers?

I'm not watching or listening. No need, as I'm getting all I need to know, right here. :))

I am holding onto the tiny shred of hope that every US TV thing I've ever seen is true, and the president is basically hamstrung and can't do much in office. Maybe we can hope the Command from Scandal is real. :fc:
