I watch it on sky but I think you can also watch live on their website?

He'll be making an unscripted speech from and air base in Maryland in transit to Florida. So that will be a last bit of controversy from him no doubt.

Apparently he wanted to leave while he was still president so he wouldn't have to ask Biden for the use of Air Force One.
