I did like Trump's claim that he was the first person to think of an inauguration concert at the Lincoln Memorial when they pretty much always have that, don't they? He is so thick.

He's reminding me of the propaganda messages which were being broadcast claiming Iraq was winning the war and there were no westerners within hundreds of miles as Baghdad was encircled. I can't work out whether he genuinely believes what he's saying or whether he just thinks he's fooling everyone else.

I think he believes it. He's so far removed from reality and (probably) surrounded by people who constantly tell him how amazing and brilliant he is; why would he doubt anything he believes?
