I don’t care (much) about their social policies, we’re fucked if we leave the EU for pretty much everything. So how about they just concentrate on that at the moment?
I guess they don't want to set themselves up as a single issue party. Although everyone and everything is a single issue right now, I agree.

Thank you. You can't really argue with that, but she's just going to go and mumble that the dog ate her homework, isn't she. Supported by Barclay who doesn't want to extend anyway.

They've said for several weeks they'd need a firm plan and she goes back with... we'd like a short one. Or Long. Maybe. Cheers.

Maybe she's got some kind of difficulty understanding basic instructions.

Is there any chance at all May could go with her deal plus Kyle Wilson amendment (second ref)? That seems the only way forward that has any traction but she's way too stubborn isn't she?

I am completely convinced she lacks the ability or will to do anything other than keep on ramming the same thing, again and again and again.

I will say one thing, it's been wonderful not hearing her lying fucking voice, or the words backstop and deal for a few days.

This, absolutely. She’s a godawful leader, at exactly the time we need a brilliant one.

Honestly, I’m furious.

I will never not be furious about this whole shitshow, whatever the ultimate outcome.

I can’t see the country getting past this for a very long time. When there’s so many things that need political attention. I’m so angry I could cry, and I know that sounds dramatic. What is it, ten days to go? When we’ve had YEARS? It’s an abomination and nobody, nobody is representing the views of nearly half the country (at least) who never ever even wanted this. I have no voice at all in this process and it’s a fucking disgrace.

I’m the same, George. I’m really consciously trying to suck it up and get on with it, but my concentration is totally shot, as is pretty much everything else. It’s not for want of trying!

I'll never let this go I don't think, I'll never forgive the people who did this to us and the politicians who didn't speak up for me. and unless the EU collapses (which would probably be in large part our fault) I'll always be inclined to vote for anyone who promises to have the closest possible relations.
Truly Cameron ought to be prosecuted (I'm not sure what for but SOMETHING) for what he glibly unleashed on us all. #trottersup

Treason - that’s what Cameron is guilty of.

There has to be some sort of law against screwing the country over so royally. :vague: Blair had to answer - to some extent - for Iraq, why should not Cameron have to answer for the UK?

I'm no expert but he didn't do anything wrong legally, did he? If the vote had gone the other way this wouldn't be a conversation.

I'm not backing him, I'm but not sure what he could be done for.

With all the misrepresentation, lack of research and flat out lies, someone ought to be answering some sort of charge of something.
