Mick Lynch

I surely can't be the only person who's developed a massive crush on Mick Lynch? Every time he opens his mouth he just defeats the interviewer/combatant with level headed, sensible, open responses. Why can't we have people like him in power?

I like him a lot but I'm waiting for the inevitable backlash. The Tories will be desperately digging to find anything that will undermine him, and so will the right wing press. He's shut a few journalists up so they'll not be pleased about that. The Daily Mail presumably will have published the value of his house.

He has been quite brilliant and shown the way when it comes to dealing with these cretinous MPs that all read utter lies from a script.

But as Sal has said he has a past and scumbags will be digging through all that they can to find something in that past to bring him down. Piers Morgan attempt to do so on GBeebies was possibly the most cringeworthy tv I have ever seen.

Yes! His FB picture.

I have already read on Twitter :mustleave: that he's a Brexiteer so some people have gone off him. It's a bit disappointing but I still think he is brilliant.

No.1 son works for the railways in Scotland and is a TSSA rep who are balloting for strike action. He's been staying with me for the past week so I now know more about Mick Lynch than I ever did before. I think every worker needs a union leader like him.

It's a shame the journalists don't interrogate politicians in the same way they do Mick Lynch.

Yes. I listened to the James O'Brian podcast with Lynch to day. It was good. He's a bit of a cop out with identity stuff but he's sound overall I thought.
