Me: Well, fruit is good for you, make sure you get some vitamin C, keep you healthy
Her: I already take a multi vitamin every day, so what’s the point of all this fruit as well!
Me: (slight eye roll) well obviously it’s better to eat it naturally, fibre and...(slightly at a loss)...tell you what, look it up, it can be biology homework.
Her:(massive eye roll, massive sigh) never mind, just give me the fruit, you’re so embarrassing etc, etc.

Elf has been watching a lot of The Simpsons. Today he was winding up Betty so she glared and stepped towards him. He put his hands up into a cross and shouted “the power of Christ compels you!”

We’re watching a film and Elf likes to point out every ‘bad’ word and reassure people he won’t repeat it. He also counts them.

Today, while watching Pacific Rim he’s decided to work out what they are too.
