The accent you’d have to adopt threw me for a second I can’t hear anything else now though

Cube is on a PD day.
“Can I have a hug”
“Course!”
“A hug a day keeps the monster away”
“What? Am I the monster?”
He just smirked and dashed off.

E is at her questioning stage and just comes out with random ones at weird moments. The latest one was “why can’t we sniff when we swallow?”

“Did that come out in the late 1900s?”
It was 1998. She wasn’t wrong.

Oh dear, Kleio. What was the song?
A informed me today that her favourite song is "that funny one that you sing, Mammy".
I once did a version of the Benny Hill theme tune when we were chasing around the house and now I have completely failed as a parent.

My children also recognise it as the tune I chase them round to.
It predates BH if that helps?

So, he didn't know who to send his card to, and realised he had originally written portrait rather than landscape #blessed

My Sam asked his grandparents for a box of matches and a bottle of whiskey for Christmas….
He was also very cross with me in the supermarket because I wouldn’t let him have full control of the trolley - “you don’t think I know my way round a trolley!”

I mean, there was a choice of 3 people to address it to in the family He made a card earlier in the month and it was to Mr G, he didn’t think he could add me to it, or couldn’t remember the French for mum
Ella, that’s an interesting combo - is he an arsonist in the making, or asked someone else for a pipe, rocking chair and slippers?
