I do dislike a shaved head but it's been months since the chaps had a trim and I might resort to the clippers.

Jack tends to take the clippers to his own head when he's had enough of his hair

My nephew's first haircut was the shaved sides longer top thing that's fashionable ATM. He has a lot of hair so was still a tiny baby, and it was done by a street barber where they were living in Cambodia. My brother wasn't terribly happy so he's had more neutral cuts since.

The more I hear about Berty the more I think she’s ace. :))

Great photos from Lora and Suzi. Morgs, I can’t believe how big they’ve got and I can definitely see you in them both. They were young teens last time we met!

Elf wanted a Mohawk a couple of summers ago. He went from long hair and cute to looking like a total thug. I’m glad he chose to grow it out and has left it as a short back and sides since.

They are 27 and 29 now, Kleio. Scary.

Regarding hairstyles, I think they sometimes get it out of their system early. My sister has four, and the youngest had a Mohawk when he was about 3 (definitely pre-school). He was inspired by some character or other from a book, tv or cinema. L figured it would do no harm, and hoped he’d get tired of it in time for school, which he did.

By that time, however, he was calling himself Hercules and refusing to answer to his name :look:. L recently bumped into his teacher, who said ‘Oh, you’re Hercules’ mum, aren’t you? I’ve only ever taught one Hercules- and I do like classical names.’

He’s 26 now, and a lovely young man with no obvious idiosyncrasies.

I love looking through this thread every few weeks 💕

Lora, J is looking really grown up ! So is Wendy’s Daisy.

They’re all just lovely and scarily older than I imagine them all to be !

I love the beard :))

Joe and his pals decided to play football/rugby/generally rolling about in the snow on Friday when their school bus got cancelled. He is wearing blue btw, not black :))

Wah!! He looks so cold but like he’s had a brilliant time.

Squeak’s beard is excellent. :)) She looks like she got properly stuck in too. I miss doing sports at that age and not even noticing the mud and cold.

Joe's cheeks! That glow of cold :cold:

Squeak is nails.

I love looking at all of the hatchlings and despairing at how quickly the babies are growing.

Mud and cold! Neither of them seem upset by it though.

I love the rosy cheeks! And squeak is amazing - has she tried Tough Mudder?

My two over this weekend. V typically always pulls this pose for photos now, and stops to pose if she catches me taking a video :mog:

Well done, A :))

Joe was delighted with himself, but did come home for a shower due to feeling a bit chilly

They're so cute, F'arty
