Sorry you're having the same problem. B is really excited too, it would be easier if it were R's main gift as she is actually quite pragmatic, too cool to actually still believe in Santa, and thinks herself very grown-up to be in on the elf on the shelf secret. (I suspect B isn't 100% sure yet.)

I was annoyed at two of my orders not arriving but then found they were still sitting in my online basket Fortunately they are clothes (a jumper for B and slippers for TD) and a hat I ordered for J is genuinely lost in transit, so at least it's even and I can give them after Christmas as things they need rather than gifts.
