But then I’d see your face and you’d wouldn’t just be some sentences on my screen
Honestly though, that’s a really lovely offer. I got one for my birthday and strummed about a bit but got nowhere.

Oh, good choice. I’m wouldn’t want to be without that scent. I love it.Pippedydeadeye wrote: ↑Thu Oct 22, 2020 10:37 amL’ombre dans l’eau, because I’m almost out. It’s not really the right season, but never mind that.

It's beautiful!
I decided against going into JM because I don't want to be going in shops really. Probably just as well for my budget (although I may buy a small bottle of Orange Bitters; will wait a few days though).

I would like:
Johanna Basford Lost Ocean colouring book
A thingy for punching holes and adding rivets
Molton Brown Ginger Lily stuff - anything really.
Some coloured ink pads and stamps.
A new top layer for my jewellery box as Storm has chewed it up
Trainers.
I think Paul might buy me the colouring book for my birthday though.

I am hoping for a bike - maybe Pendleton Somerby type. Otherwise anything like shower gel, body butter or face cream works well for me or a book or a pair of earrings

Books! I need to make a list.
Knives - we had some great ones in a restaurant in London in the summer and would like to upgrade the 20 year-old ikea ones we have.
A bobble hat (late to the party).
Ukelele lessons with Lora.

Re: What do you want for Christmas?
My family does a secret Santa and things I've suggested are:
Socks
Nail varnish
Touch screen gloves
Chocolate
Wine
Beer
A big mug
A spiral bound notebook
A surprise
I think I'd also like some new wine glasses.

Re: What do you want for Christmas?
I have my MIL badgering me daily for exact links to what me and the children may want for Christmas.
So far she has got me a new suitcase which was badly needed (in my pre-Covid life).
I also fancy a Bluetooth speaker for the shower, Neom diffuser and oils and an acupressure mat.

Re: What do you want for Christmas?
My parents and Mr O are already badgering me for birthday and Christmas ideas.
So far I have:
Wireless headphones - I got a cheapy pair last year which aren’t great and as I spend half my time on calls now I fancy an upgrade
Blanket - I want a heavy blanket/ throw to watch TV under.
Wallet
Handbag
A new serum - I keep meaning to try the Bio Effect stuff
Fine chain with pendant to layer with my existing ones

Can I send Bambs? She's been mithering for a ukelele for at least 3 years.
I haven't thought about Christmas yet. Perfume, though I don't know which - something with sandalwood maybe? A painting or something for the walls. Earrings. I always want earrings.

I think I’d like perfume. Maybe a nice new swimsuit. I’d also like a cross body small leather bag (the one I have is getting a bit tatty).

Actually a swimming costume is a good idea, I keep meaning to buy another of those Boden ones. Feels a bit weird for Christmas though, doubly so given a holiday next year is definitely not guaranteed! (I rarely swim other than on holiday)

Re: What do you want for Christmas?
I normally buy crappy disposable ones but I think I’d like a proper nice one. Makes more sense in my upside down seasons though. I’d wear it all day once I unwrapped it.

Re: What do you want for Christmas?
I wasn't convinced by buying a more expensive costume but it's definitely been worth it. Even more so when you'd get more use out of it, I'd imagine!

Re: What do you want for Christmas?
I would like a new fitbit because my one is scratched and I can hardly see the screen anymore. Also my kindle is on its way out, it's a really old one. They are both expensive things though so I might ask for one of them for my birthday.
Things I am always happy to get are scented candles, Grey Goose vodka, pyjamas, jumpers, earrings.
It feels weird thinking about Christmas this year

It is weird to think of this year and all I want is to wake up and see Beebie find his Santa gifts (not happening this year as he's with his dad) and then have dinner with my parents and sister.
For material items I want a wall of bookcases fitted in the TV room and a drinks cabinet for the same room. Actually the drinks cabinet could be my gift from me to me

Re: What do you want for Christmas?
I want our bedroom redone really but I reckon we need about three grand to do it, so any Christmas donations towards it wouldn't get very far . Plus there's nothing actually wrong with it atm
