I've got four days until I go to London for Wimbledon, but no, it's five days until there's actual tennis. Apart from the qualifying, which is already happening :tennisnerd:

My day holds physio and hemming. I'm planning to fit in a raspberry magnum somewhere too, as I've had conflicting reports on whether they're nice and I want to find out for myself. For science

Good Morning! I am surprisingly perky despite almost no sleep and loads of mega stressful news, I have no idea why I in such a good mood but can only assume it's becasue the sun is out.

No spreadsheets, dogs or Wimbledon in my future either. I'm off to be pummelled by a very good looking physio, silent lunch then visiting Dad until the school run.

No matter how bad anyone's day is it can't be worse than the poor man who has been designated a 'grass'. I drive passed his home on the way to school and every day a window is smashed or the wooden boardings pulled down. He's had stuff smeared over his door and then this morning his car was smashed to bits with every window gone, every panel wrecked and paint strewn all over it for good measure.

I have come home for a sneaky brew as my hospital appointment was quite quick. I have not torn my rotator cuff it is just very inflamed. So it will be physio and possibly cortisone injections. No surgery though, phew.
