Re: Sandwich Sunday
Hello kittens! I’ve been in a&e and been sprung with a small supply of lorazepam wheeee. Felt totally grim when in there as they suspected seratonin syndrome which why I was so adrenalised and felt beyond vile with high bp. And I mean high. Urrrgh. Anyhoo, we’re back now and I’m floating about on a Valium style cloud. I did not sleep one wink last night and I want a full 9 hours tonight . I never want to repeat last night. The hospital was actually not as awful as it could’ve been and I think we did well to go there instead of Brighton.

That sounds scary, Luna! I hope you get some good sleep tonight.
It’s like a normal midlife crisis only with more chandeliers and foreign languages.

Re: Sandwich Sunday
Hope you’re ok Luna, and can sleep it off!
There were loads of rugby injuries in Castle Donington this weekend, but thankfully my kid wasn’t amongst them. She was on fire all weekend and we had our own Battle of Bosworth as our two teams ended up playing each other in the final. Squeak’s team won & she scored a hat trick.

She really is on fire isn't she?
I am so pleased for her, really I am. To come back so strongly from such a desperately low point is off the fucking chart, Alan.

You also really haven't banged on. You can rest assured that I would have told you if that was the case.

Squeak is amazing! You’re right to be proud of her!
It’s Monday here. I’ve watched F1 (brilliant) and worked out so far. I am hoping to get out in the garden later if the grass has dried up enough to cut.

Luna, that sounds well scary and shit!
Pip, well done to Squeak and well done to you. You don;t bang on at all. It's lovely how you support your squeaks and robins. I always am pleased I gave birth to a sloth though.
(He's not an actual sloth though )

Don’t know what the pink guinea pigs were about .lol. Feel much better now. Everyone in a&e was lovely if overworked of course and dealing with some tricky stuff. Just got to work my way out of the maze I shoved myself through.
I thought about Pip a lot as an endless stream of sports injured flowed in. One girl had a very bad concussion who didn’t look too good but most seemed to be mainly bashed and bruised.
The bay name made me laugh.

Rat bay! Is it Rugby Associated Trauma?! There are usually loads of tours this weekend. We were local but there were teams from Hartlepool & Bristol who were all camping (and so pretty knackered for the Sunday games).
