You absolute sweetheart. Thank you so much :love2:

And yes, that’s the kind of thing I’d do Rebs and Ella!

Is that Patron XO Café? Somebody brought us a small one a while ago and I thought it was lovely. We still have a bit left. Do you just drink it neat?

Inevitably it's happened just before I was due to do our food shop so I thought booking a delivery would be the easiest way to go. No Waitrose slots for the foreseeable and Sainsbury's didn't have availability until late on Thursday. We had a Waitrose delivery about a month ago and I'm sure there were slots within a couple of days then so I'm not sure if they're overwhelmed with ex-Ocado customers or people who can't get tests and so are having to isolate (or both) but it doesn't seem a good sign alongside the numbers rising.

Our neighbours will help out (or one of the gazillion local supporters we seem to have) and Deliveroo do Co-Op shops so we'll be fine but it feels like yet another thing that some(mediocre white man)one should have been planning for this over the summer.
Just in case you need them Morrison’s do food boxes too - anyone can order these and they are delivered by courier, you don’t need a delivery slot.

Also, you’re probably in the Arthur David delivery area. They were pretty helpful in lockdown!

What's the story with tomato puree? It's the new flour.

Ugh. Spag bol ingredients are an Achilles heel round here, I can make do with making dinner with whatever there is, but when it comes to Mr G's spag bol, it all needs to be exactly there or he malfunctions*. And I malfunction if I don't get Sunday night off from making dinner. :lg:

*Since lockdown, I now get beef mince delivered fortnightly to avert this. :))

I'd get in what you can then Goat, for the sake of Sunday! Sainsbury's subbed passata for puree last week. This week I've ordered organic, kissed by angels, puree as it was the only option. We shall see....

Naturally socially distanced because they can’t grow as much without the fertiliser?

Well, It will surprise no-one that Ocado queuing system is back thanks to the Govt's inimical style of drip feeding vague warnings. It was a short wait at least.

I just jumped on this morning to book my Mum another slot so now she's covered weekly until 18th November, because I KNEW things would get tight again.
