I used to know an Asian lady called Flip Flop.

My mothers middle name is Gay, and in any context this does not suit her
a) She is never happy
b) She is not homosexual (to my knowledge)

A friend used to teach a boy called Jazz Singer.

Miranda Hart, start of the sitcom Miranda etc, is actually Miranda Hart-Dyke, but understandably dropped the last half of her name.
