That's lovely of them, Sal!

I think so. I think I mentioned that I'd met up with one of the women who belongs to the forum a few months ago, and she'd said that they still meet up each year, and that I should come along. S is in touch with her, and he said in his message that she usually goes. So I might ask her if she's going, and if I can tag along with her. I'm not sure I'd feel brave enough to go on my own, given that I've never actually been before, and I only know S and G out of the folk who go each year.

I'm also slightly wary of people thinking that I didn't go while I was with J, but I'm rocking up now that I'm single again :mog: I mean, most of these lads are in their 60s and have been married forever plus im not remotely interested in any kind of relationship, so its just me being hypersensitive/paranoid.

That sounds lovely Sal.

Iwlts; I’m not sure being a postie is for you seeing as you constantly give people the wrong post.

I live at 85 and got a parcel for 58 today :lg:

That's lovely Sal, and I'm sure they won't read anything into you coming along now.

I hope you go Sally, but even if you don’t - this time - how lovely to be asked. Over him. :mog:

That's really nice, Sally. They'll just think you're more sociable, not on the prowl

Iwlts. You useless taxi firm, what is the point of booking a cab for a specific time if you can’t honour it? Still waiting 25 minutes later.. grrr.

IWLTS Just call it bloody Circuits instead of your stupid made up name.

How annoying Luna, is it on its way at least? And maybe say it afterwards?!

IWLTS please contact me! It’s been too long and I’ve missed you!

To my baby bro who we’ve been estranged from for years (kittengate, if anyone remembers that far back). He’s back in contact with mum, which is a good start

IWLTS What a miserable bunch you are! I'm gathering biography suggestions for the work book club to vote on (we ask for people to vote on everything they would read from the offered list, rather than just one to hopefully alight on something that suits most) and they all sound utterly miserable so far. Memoirs about overcoming rape, paralysing accidents, child abuse, etc. I'm going to throw Kelly Bishop's "The Third Gilmore Girl' in there for light hearted relief.

You'd think people wouldn't want to get into something that heavy with work colleagues either!
