PSA If a friend of yours posts a load of before and after weight loss photos of random women, don't click on it. I've seen a few of these lately and ignored them, while thinking there was something dodgy about them. Turns out I was right, two such friends have just put out a warning that their accounts have been hacked. (Example photo.)

There's a band 8 nurse manager posting on Facebook that she needs extra money so she's going to apply for agency work. But as a band 8 she's in the higher tax bracket, so should she reduce her band 8 hours to pay less tax? It took every ounce of self control not to reply "I hope you don't manage a budget at work....."
