I took against her some years ago after she visited 'my' NICU and was a complete arsehole, but I think it might have been shortly before she was diagnosed, so that may have affected her behaviour. No one seems to have a bad word to say for her, which speaks about her true character, I guess.

Poor woman, that’s sad. I met her once through work many years ago and she was a real joy to be around. She was so lively and fun, without an ounce of snootiness.

Whereas I met her once and she was very petulant.

There's a great photo of her with her grandmother, Debo Mitford the Duchess of Devonshire, at Chatsworth, showing the massive differences in their respective styles, but also their strong resemblance. Her poor children.
