No, we would have divvied it into two glasses. And I guess as we’d only had one glass each by then the whole pouring thing wouldn’t have caused too many problems. Except for the whole ‘not enough wine’ issue I was having :drunk:

I made the very same suggestion recently! In fairness the pub my friend chose sold wine in those absolutely massive glasses - the ones that hold nearly 1/3 bottle of wine or something and I really couldn't contemplate drinking another. I would have been smashed!
